Job Title: Document Controller
Job Location: Newark, DE 19702
Pay Rate: $24.25/HR on W2
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension)
Shift Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm
Position Description:
Receives, processes, documents and records, coordinates and distributes quality data.
Utilizes automated tools for efficient and dynamic data collection.
Uses real-time dashboards with data analysis and drill-in functions for ad-hoc investigation
Analyses quality information and supports quality processes in assigned units.
Accumulates statistical data and performs special research, verification and data gathering projects on request.
Cooperates with various functions, authorities, suppliers and auditors, clarifies and provides requested data.
Meets with quality and manufacturing personnel to establish production requirements for production.
Impacts:
Incumbent is expected to perform- based on experience - with multiple choice situations in number of processes and routines.
Thinking is about applying / adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising.
Unexpected situations need effective solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver full range service in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work, while clear input / output relations and generic and /or work specific guidelines, procedures are given or available.
Positions need basic level of theoretical and practical know how, skills and typically some level related years of experience, in specialized processes, techniques and systems used in office, production or lab environment.
Position operates major parts or full spectrum of dedicated specialized standard software packages. Incumbents may handle routine and non-complex practical enquiries and procedures from internal or external customers.
Experience:
High School Diploma 3 years practical experience needed.
Knowledge:
Basic knowledge and experience of principles, procedures, work routines and skills in the related field of work, gained through structured and focused training period.
Experience with a medical device, Documentum, SAP, and Microsoft Office desired.
Salary : $23 - $24
