Shift hours: 8am - 4.30pm
Description/Position Summary:
· This position is hybrid but if business conditions require it may become 100% on site
· Develop and implement strategies to optimize transportation routes, and minimize transportation costs.
· Monitor and analyze transportation utilization to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize capacity.
· Collaborate with transportation providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
· Utilize logistics IT systems to track and analyze transportation data, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.
· Prepare and present regular reports on transportation performance, cost savings, and optimization initiatives.
· Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance transportation efficiency and overall supply chain performance.
Experience:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience
Education:
High School or GED
Salary : $30 - $32
