Job role: Oracle solution architect (Oracle CPQ)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Sales Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to implement, configure, and optimize Oracle Sales Cloud solutions to improve their sales operations. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems, driving business process improvements, and providing ongoing support to maximize the value of the Oracle Sales Cloud platform.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of implementation experience with Sales Cloud
Should be familiar with Sales Cloud integration with CPQ
Hands-on configuration experience is a must
Sales Cloud certification would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Implementation:
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and translate these into technical solutions using Oracle Sales Cloud.
Configure and customize Oracle Sales Cloud applications, including sales automation, opportunity management, lead management, forecasting, and reporting.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects, from gathering requirements to post-go-live support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Sales Cloud with other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, Oracle CPQ, or third-party CRM solutions).
Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
Analyze clients' sales processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to streamline and enhance sales workflows.
Lead client workshops to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
Technical Configuration & Customization:
Configure and customize Oracle Sales Cloud to meet business needs, including workflow rules, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
Develop and implement custom features, extensions, and integrations using tools like Oracle Integration Cloud, PaaS, and web services.
Data Migration & Integration:
Lead data migration efforts to ensure smooth and accurate transition from legacy systems to Oracle Sales Cloud.
Perform data validation, cleansing, and ensure data integrity post-migration.
Implement integrations with third-party tools and applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
Testing & Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test cases to validate the solution and ensure it meets client requirements.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist clients in testing and training activities.
Training & Documentation:
Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients’ users and administrators on the features and best practices of Oracle Sales Cloud.
Create and maintain user manuals, system documentation, and other training materials.
Ongoing Support & Maintenance:
Provide post-implementation support to address any issues and optimize the Oracle Sales Cloud solution.
Work with clients to ensure continuous improvement and adoption of the platform, including handling new releases, patches, and updates.
Client Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent communication, project management, and relationship building.
Provide ongoing consulting and advisory services to help clients maximize the value of Oracle Sales Cloud.
