Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities. Duties

- Fabricate and weld components as necessary to maintain equipment functionality.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders and maintenance schedules.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop preventive maintenance plans that enhance facility performance.

Skills
