Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee operations for two existing butcher shops while leading the expansion to 5-10 locations, with three new stores opening in the next six months. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and managing the integration of the butcher shops into the broader meat businesses post-acquisition. The Project Manager will report to the Director of Operations and work closely with other project managers across additional meat subsidiaries to create a cohesive organization.
Scope of Responsibilities
Operational Management & Growth
- Oversee day-to-day operations of existing butcher shops, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
- Develop and implement operational strategies for expansion into new locations.
- Manage the implementation of systems including by not limited to, POS, ERP, inventory management.
- Coordinate logistics, staffing, and store openings to meet growth targets.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop sales strategies to increase revenue across all locations.
- Identify opportunities for new markets, customer segments, and product offerings.
- Work with marketing teams to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
Expansion & Store Openings
- Plan and execute the opening of three new locations within the next six months.
- Secure leases, permits, and compliance requirements for new stores.
- Build and train store teams to ensure a smooth launch and consistent operations.
Post-Acquisition Integration
- Manage the integration of the butcher shops into the broader company, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Streamline processes, technology, and reporting to support scalability.
- Work closely with finance and leadership to improve P&L performance.
- Collaborate with other project managers across additional meat subsidiaries to create a unified and efficient organization.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor store managers and staff.
- Establish KPIs and monitor performance across all locations.
- Foster a strong team culture focused on quality, customer service, and operational excellence.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
