Position Description :
Reports to the President and is responsible for managing and directing the operations of the organization that includes all 27 locations. The Director of Operations has several echelons of responsibilities :
- Operations Management :
- Leading and supporting business operations and strategic performance.
- Strives to achieve world-class operations across all locations.
- Personnel Management :
- Plan preparation with Human Resources on workforce planning.
- Provide continuous feedback and mentoring to ensure the development and growth of General Managers
- Sales Management :
- Create sales budgets and programs to enhance sales profitability.
- Information Technology Management :
- Driving the technology that assists the business with stimulating the revenue.
- Quality Management :
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all levels of service, including customer service and quality of service.
- Financial Management :
- Maintain a high level of financial familiarity for performance, pricing and budgets
- Ensures the company meets financial and business goals and objectives through operations.
