We are searching for a talented Heavy Duty Diesel Repair Professional to join our team at ConGlobal in Saint Paul, MN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair complex issues with our fleet of Semi Tractor/Trailers at the Railyard.
- Develop and implement routine maintenance schedules to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Lead the maintenance team in performing repairs and maintenance on Hostlers & Forklifts, utilizing expertise in diesel engine systems and hydraulic/electrical schematics.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in heavy duty diesel repair and maintenance.
- Advanced knowledge of diesel engine systems, including fuel, electrical, cooling, and exhaust systems.
- Able to develop and lead maintenance teams to achieve optimal results.
- Hydraulic and electrical maintenance experience is required.
- Flexibility to work all shifts and holidays.
