Job Summary:
We are looking for a Salesforce Vlocity SME with strong domain knowledge in the Communications industry to support CRM transformation initiatives using Salesforce Communication Cloud. This role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams, providing deep expertise in telecom business processes and Vlocity product capabilities such as OmniStudio, CPQ, EPC, and Order Capture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 12 years of experience in CRM/BSS projects with at least 3–5 years of Salesforce Vlocity implementation experience.
- Strong domain knowledge of Telecom/CSP operations and CRM processes.
- Deep hands-on expertise with OmniStudio, Vlocity CPQ, and EPC.
- Experience in solutioning across lead management, order capture, fulfillment, and product lifecycle.
- Excellent understanding of data flows between Salesforce and external systems (Billing, ERP, Inventory, etc.).
- Salesforce and Vlocity certifications preferred (OmniStudio Consultant, CPQ Specialist, etc.).
Role Responsibilities :
- Act as the go-to SME for Vlocity (Communication Cloud) components including:
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- CPQ, EPC (Enterprise Product Catalog)
- Vlocity Cards, DPA (Digital Process Automation)
- Translate telecom-specific business requirements into scalable Salesforce/Vlocity solutions.
- Recommend best practices for order capture, product configuration, pricing, and quoting in a telecom ecosystem.
- Advise stakeholders on telecom industry data models, processes, and customer journeys (Lead to Order, Order to Cash).
- Understand key telecom functions such as subscriber management, bundles, offers, usage, billing, and fulfillment.
- Guide and support configuration and development teams with Vlocity framework usage.
- Perform hands-on configuration in Vlocity as needed.
- Participate in functional testing, defect triaging, and validating E2E business scenarios.
