We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Vlocity SME with deep expertise in the Communications industry to support large-scale CRM transformation initiatives using Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of telecom-specific use cases using Salesforce Vlocity solutions.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor and a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, ensuring the successful implementation of telecom-specific use cases using Salesforce Vlocity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity), with hands-on involvement in:
- OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)
- Vlocity CPQ, Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)
- Vlocity Cards and Digital Process Automation (DPA)
- Translate telecom business requirements into robust and scalable Vlocity solutions.
- Design and recommend best practices around:
- Lead-to-Order, Order Capture, Product Configuration, Quoting, and Fulfillment processes.
- Provide guidance on telecom-specific data models, customer journeys, and integration patterns.
- Collaborate with architecture and development teams for end-to-end solution delivery.
- Support configuration and perform hands-on setup using Vlocity components.
- Participate in functional and system integration testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing.
- 12 years of experience in CRM/BSS transformation programs.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Vlocity solutions.
- Proven expertise in telecom/communications industry processes and workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce-Vlocity architecture and external system integrations (Billing, ERP, Inventory).
- Strong solutioning experience in:
- Order Management
- Product Lifecycle Management
- Subscriber Management and Fulfillment
- Salesforce/Vlocity certifications preferred:
- OmniStudio Consultant
- Vlocity CPQ Specialist
- Salesforce Administrator / Platform Developer
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead discovery sessions, create technical documentation, and mentor teams.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
