This is a high-impact role where you will be responsible for defining and leading end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Salesforce Vlocity implementations, aligning with enterprise business strategies and digital transformation goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical architecture and design of Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) solutions.
- Lead the implementation of scalable, performant, and secure solutions using:
- OmniStudio, CPQ, EPC, DPA, Vlocity Cards, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors
- Define architecture blueprints, solution design patterns, and data models aligned with enterprise IT strategy.
- Engage with stakeholders across Business, Product, and IT teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.
- Present architectural strategies and technical roadmaps to executive leadership and C-level stakeholders.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and integration teams to define API-first architecture using MuleSoft, Kafka, REST/SOAP.
- Architect solutions with a focus on data integrity, privacy, compliance (GDPR/CCPA), and governance standards.
- Provide hands-on guidance to development teams on best practices in OmniStudio, Vlocity CPQ, and EPC.
- Lead code and architecture reviews, manage performance optimization, and ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards, DevOps automation pipelines, CI/CD practices using tools like Copado, Jenkins, Git.
- Mentor and support cross-functional development teams across global delivery centers.
- Work closely with Salesforce Support and Product teams to resolve escalations and align on product roadmap.
- 15 years of experience in IT with 6 years in Salesforce Technical Architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) architecture and components.
- Strong background in the Telecom, Media, or High-Tech industry.
- Proven experience designing enterprise-grade integrations using MuleSoft, Kafka, or equivalent middleware.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, governor limits, and multi-cloud integrations.
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps tooling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
