Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Test Lead with strong experience in Workday Core HCM Module. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts, ensure quality delivery, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate Workday functionalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end testing for Workday Core HCM implementations and updates
- Create test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
- Identify, log, and track defects using test management tools
- Collaborate with Workday consultants, HR teams, and stakeholders to ensure issue resolution
- Ensure test coverage for all Core HCM features including hiring, onboarding, employee data, and organizational changes
- Provide test status reports and support go-live testing efforts
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM Module
- Proven experience in leading testing projects or QA teams
- Good understanding of HCM business processes
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and manage testing timelines
