Key Responsibilities
Project Management/Coordination: Coordinate, convene, and document weekly or biweekly team meetings; work with Senior Program Manager to create agendas; manage meeting communications and scheduling; document meetings with minutes.
Consultant Management: Maintain roster of consultants, assist Senior Program Manager in managing consultant communications and expectations; create spreadsheets and documents to organize the work and maintain our Google folder.
Relationship Development: Develop relationships/share existing relationships with other nonprofits, funders, consultants, groups, and government to further the goals of CIN; assist in identifying funding opportunities.
Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate filing for permits, zoning, etc., and ensure that staff is up to date on deadlines.
Reporting: Prepare monthly report(s); keep track and seek new partnerships.
Construction and Development Oversight: Work with team to ensure risk management and issue resolution.
Performance Expectations
Project Milestones: Ensure timely completion of project phases and adherence to budget constraints.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and partners.
Required Skills and Competencies Technical Skills
- Experience in capital development projects with community centers and/or housing.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
