- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring that all areas are tidy and organized.
- Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.
- Monitor clients' physical and emotional health, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including social workers and nursing staff, to provide comprehensive care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.
Experience
- Previous experience in senior care, home community care, or direct support roles is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CPR techniques is a plus.
- A background in psychology, healthcare, or related fields can enhance the effectiveness of the Support Associate role.

Requirements
- CA Driver's License, Class C with personal auto insurance (meeting CA minimum requirements)
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Current physical exam and TB test
- Background check
