QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of custodial, facilities, and maintenance experience
- Knowledge in the areas of building and property maintenance
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Possesses high integrity, a strong work ethic, and a professional, courteous demeanor
- Possesses collaboration skills and enjoys being a part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to shovel snow or do minor landscaping when necessary

You coordinate with external contractors, answer vendor calls, oversee landscaping quality, and prepare for upcoming projects.
