We are seeking an experienced Patient Access Manager II to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and management, with a strong understanding of computer systems in Health Care Information System.

- Leading daily operations, including managing staffing activities and developing action plans to improve patient access processes
- Assisting in preparing recommendations for short- and long-range planning initiatives
- Managing operational metrics to meet departmental goals
- Mentoring and supervising team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
- 3-5 years of healthcare supervisory experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of relationship between Admitting, Clinical Areas, Financial Areas, and pre-service and point-of-service financial clearance activities
