Finance Manager

Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our dealership’s finance and insurance (F&I) operations as well as our sales team.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• F&I Operations: Managing the dealership’s finance and insurance products, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maximizing profitability.
• Customer Financing: Assisting customers with financing options and working closely with lending institutions to secure competitive rates and terms.
• Sales Support: Collaborating with the sales team to structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership profitability targets.
• Team Leadership: Leading and motivating the finance and insurance team, providing training and development opportunities as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or similar dealership finance management roles.
• Proven track record of success in F&I operations, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices, with the ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
• Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on developing and mentoring staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
