What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the finance office – Cash, finance, lease—you run it all.
- Close deals like a pro – On-the-fly TOs? No problem. You know how to turn a maybe into a yes.
- Maximize PVR & backend gross – You see the deal, structure it, and close it with confidence.
- Manage lender relationships – Strong secondary experience required. You’ll work with banks & financial institutions to get every deal done.
- Box close experience – You know how to work a menu, present products, and protect the gross.
- E-contracting & CIT management – Efficiency is key, and you keep the ball rolling.
- Stay ahead with the latest tech – Tekion, DriveCentric, RouteOne, CUDL, and lender rehash tools are second nature to you.
- Maintain stellar CSI scores – Customers trust you, and banks respect your deals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in dealership finance – This isn’t an entry-level role. We need a closer.
- Expert deal-structurer – You understand LTVs, term structuring, and maximizing backend gross.
- Aggressive but ethical – You fight for the deal, but you do it with integrity.
- Secondary finance experience – If you can get even the toughest deals done, you’re our kind of F&I pro.
- Chrysler/Stellantis experience – If you’ve worked in this space, you’ll hit the ground running.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred – But experience and results matter most.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

- Automotive F&I: 3 years (Required)
- CDJR: 2 years (Preferred)
- E-contracting: 1 year (Preferred)
