How To Apply
- Team Leadership:
- Manage a team of 8-10 warehouse and delivery employees.
- Foster a positive, teamwork-centered culture that prioritizes safety and collaboration.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control
- Ensure inventory accuracy through weekly, monthly, and annual audits.
- Develop and implement warehouse processes to maximize efficiency and reduce errors.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and drive process improvements.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the branch.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and legal regulations.
- Provide regular safety training and ensure compliance with all company policies.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse lead or management role.
- Background in industrial distribution; HVAC experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (we use P21), WMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with a proven track record of building successful teams.
