What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing/Administrative Assistant position at Conley Manufacturing?
Under minimal supervision, support our staff with all administrative duties. This includes purchasing, quote coordination, setting up new jobs, transferring data, scanning and saving documents, setting up and maintaining electronic folders, creating and filling out templates, greeting visitors and answering the phone.
There is a special focus on performing all duties related to purchase order entry and post-entry supply chain tracking; in addition to interacting with with suppliers to maintain pricing and delivery scheduling, and entering supplier invoices.
This position will also focus on providing day-to-day administrative support for the Conley team while prioritizing tasks to maintain a smooth operational flow, which will enable upper management to focus on other activities.
This position must be proficient in both Excel and QuickBooks Online.

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
