The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurate receiving, storing and shipping of products to meet company standards of quality, safety, security, and productivity. Duties and Responsibilities: Performs material handling functions throughout the warehouse. Duties may include, but are not limited to: receiving, storing, issuing, packaging, and shipping. This position will fill in to support any area as the workload demands. Will work with all Warehouse Associates to improve productivity. May be involved in Kaizen events and project teams. Assist with regular compliance reviews against policies and standards. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Work Experience Requirements: Two to three years in a manufacturing or warehousing environment. Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge Requirements: Ability to read, understand and carry out written manufacturing procedures and standard work instructions. Ability to perform math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing to perform routine calculations. Understanding of Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners.
