About Us
We operate a complex global supply chain that includes manufacturing in the US and Asia, sourcing raw materials, components, and finished goods, and distributing instruments and accessories to our customer base worldwide. This role will be responsible for managing, leading, and coordinating global manufacturing, procurement, lean manufacturing, and distribution activities in partnership with the President and CEO to drive efficiency and growth throughout all aspects of the supply chain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement best practices for production, quality, distribution, and supply chain initiatives to achieve world-class status and efficiencies.
- Manage operations to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality using tools such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Develop and manage short- and long-range plans and budgets based on organizational goals and growth objectives.
- Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring clear accountability among direct subordinates.
- Create incentive plans to drive quality and output among front-line workers.
- Oversee MRP to ensure efficient production flow aligned with budget and sales needs.
- Manage inventory levels to minimize excess investment in WIP and improve turns of finished goods.

Salary
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
