The Director of Manufacturing Operations will oversee and direct all aspects of our manufacturing processes, with a specific focus on molding and fabrication. Key Responsibilities
· Leadership and Management: Provide direction and leadership to the manufacturing team, ensuring that all operations are efficient, effective, and aligned with company objectives.
· Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality in molding and fabrication processes.
· Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control measures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
· Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's goals for growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
· Resource Management: Manage the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize production and minimize waste.
· Scheduling: Develop and oversee production schedules to ensure timely completion of manufacturing tasks, while maximizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
· Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Team Development: Mentor and develop the manufacturing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Qualifications

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a significant focus on molding and fabrication.
· Proven leadership and management skills, with a track record of successfully leading manufacturing teams.
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
