Role Summary: We’re looking for compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA services to clients in settings that support their progress. You’ll implement strategies designed by a BCBA, helping clients build skills in critical areas such as socialization, communication, and self-care.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Apply individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately record and track client behaviors and progress.
• Help clients develop essential life skills.
• Foster a supportive environment that encourages learning.
• Work with other professionals to adapt plans as needed.
