Position Overview
Connect America is seeking a Product Manager to join us as we continue to build solutions that help keep aging individuals and at-risk populations safe and independent in their homes. In this role, you will partner with teams across the organization to understand the needs of our customer base, identify and document requirements to address those needs, scope, prioritize, and execute on development of solutions, and bring those solutions to market. You will help define the vision and direction for the product, leveraging customer input and market research to identify and prioritize opportunities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Regularly engage with Sales and Marketing, and when possible, directly with customers, to capture feedback, issues, concerns, and challenges that inform product requirements and prioritization
Document user stories and product requirements to guide the engineering team
Partner with engineering to evaluate viability of requirements, track progress and accuracy of solution development, and remove roadblocks through timely and effective information-gathering and decision-making
Make prioritization decisions that are aligned with the strategic direction and roadmap
Partner with Marketing to build go-to-market plans and evaluate product success post-launch
Collaborate with Operations to define workflows and identify and execute on internal system enhancements to support new product and service offerings
Skills and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a Product role
Experience in healthcare preferred, experience with EHR integrations is a bonus
Strong project management skills, including the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage stakeholders to set expectations and clearly present trade-offs
A high level of autonomy and comfort working through ambiguity
Experience with new AI tools, documentation practices and user journey mapping a plus
Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
