Role Overview :
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Volunteer to support CFP in building a strong and motivated team. This role will focus on recruitment, engagement, and HR operations, ensuring that CFP continues to attract and retain talented volunteers and professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding volunteers and team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance volunteer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update volunteer records and assist with scheduling.
- Provide support in creating policies, processes, and documentation for HR operations.
- Collaborate with team leaders to identify and address HR-related needs.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming environment.
