Position - Accounting Manager

Office Policy - On-Site
Compensation - Range of $130k-$135k base plus bonus
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and analyze standard costing systems, inventory valuations, and production variances.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Establish and improve accounting policies, internal controls, and compliance procedures.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing accounting team, providing training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
- 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
Salary : $130,000 - $135,000
