Accounting Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, and compliance for one of our stable and growing organizations. This hybrid role offers flexibility and significant growth opportunities. This is a leadership opportunity that will have 5 individuals reporting into.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, driving efficiency and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Identify process improvements to enhance financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA preferred.
• 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
