Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing
- Perform general ledger reconciliation related to payroll transactions
- Perform month end journal entries
- Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve any issues
- Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure accurate employee records and compliance with labor laws
- Assist in the preparation of payroll reports for management review
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a professional manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive payroll information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting - OR - Associate's degree in accounting with 2 years of accounting & payroll experience - OR - no degree with 5 years of accounting & payroll experience
- Knowledge of GAAP and General Ledger is required
- Experience processing payroll is preferred
Salary : $57,500 - $65,000
