Job Title: 2nd Shift - CNC Machinist II / III / Lead
Location: Menomonie, Wi (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Hours: Monday - Thursday 3 PM - 130 AM with flexibility. 4 10 hour shifts.
Pay Range: $26-35 an hour Shift Premiums 10% $5k Sign On Bonus for 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret technical drawings, specification sheets, and 3D files to develop machining strategies.
- Program and optimize 2D/3D toolpaths using Surfcam or Mastercam for milling and lathe operations.
- Select appropriate machines, cutting tools, and raw materials to ensure precision machining.
- Perform setup, operation, and inspection of machined parts using standard measuring equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance efficiency, resolve technical challenges, and improve processes.
Key Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of machining experience
- Programming experience preferred
- Surfcam or MasterCAM preferred
