Position - Corporate Controller
Location - Downtown Chicago
Salary - $175K - 200K 15-20% bonus
Essential Duties:
- Overseeing and supporting the accounting team with dynamic leadership
- Leading the monthly and annual financial close process
- Overseeing the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
- Implementing best practices for financial close procedures
- Managing the consolidation of financial results for multiple entities
- Preparing financial statements, footnotes, and other disclosures
- Project managing the external audit process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 6 years of accounting experience and 2 years of management experience
- Prior audit experience is highly preferred
- CPA Required
- Experience with muti-site accounting
- Experience managing financial close processes and consolidation for a large enterprise
