A growing clean energy company is looking to add a Cost Accountant to their growing team. The ideal candidate for this Cost Accountant position will be responsible for various accounting functions related to cost, inventory, and month end close. This person will be required to be on-site 5 days a week. Please read below for more details!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review inventory analysis
- Responsible for general ledger entries, plant financial statements and variance analysis
- Assist with operational cost model and SKU-level analysis
- Support the year-end financial audit process
- Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2 years of relevant experience; exposure to cost accounting is required
- Proficient in Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills
Salary : $75,000 - $80,000
