Connect Search has immediate openings for Senior Recruiters in our Chicago Office. We continue to experience tremendous growth and would like to add the Senior Recruiters to our team immediately. The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for the following:
- Contact accounting, finance, and administrative professionals and discuss their career expectations
- Conduct virtual interviews or face-to-face meetings to learn more about the individual’s compensation requirements, personality, location requirements, and other aspects that will help us find them a better and/or new job
- Evaluate the current open positions and make the best match possible with candidates that we are representing
- Post jobs using CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other tools that are provided to you
- Participate in job intake calls to better understand what a client truly wants in their next hire
The ideal Senior Recruiter will have 3 years of previous staffing industry and/or recruiting experience within Finance and Accounting, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and work well under pressure. We will consider candidates with internship experience pertaining to HR/Recruitment.
