Administrative Coordinator
Hours: 7:30-3:30 or 8:00-4:00
Pay: 19-21hr

Essential Functions:
  • Typed general correspondence, internal memos, and reports to ensure clear communication.
  • Utilized Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) to generate client letters, mailings, and other documents.
  • Managed the forwarding and receipt of verifications, notices, and contracts.
  • Maintained program and tenant files, ensuring up-to-date documentation.
  • Responded to phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Scheduled interviews, inspections, and contract renewals to keep operations on track.

Related Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provided support at the reception desk as needed and performed additional tasks as assigned by the Director or senior management
  • Attended and participated in meetings related to business, sometimes outside of regular business hours

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of office practices, procedures, and equipment, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Exceptional customer service skills, treating callers and visitors with courtesy and professionalism
  • Skilled in the use of office equipment, including calculators, computers, copiers, and other office machines
  • Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to tactfully interact with the public and establish effective working relationships

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma with additional vocational or college-level coursework in business practices
  • Clerical experience with the ability to handle production pressure and meet deadlines
