Job Title: Manufacturing Controller
Location: Tomahawk, Wi (Onsite)
Type: Full-Time, Permanent/Direct Hire
Pay Range: $150,000 -170,000 / annually, Bonus Eligible

The Manufacturing Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations, cost control, and financial reporting within a manufacturing environment. This role ensures accurate budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for manufacturing operations.
- Analyze production costs, variances, and inventory valuations to improve cost efficiency.
- Partner with operations to drive process improvements and financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and insights.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance or cost accounting.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
