Position Overview :
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of $20M construction projects. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that projects are completed successfully, meeting all timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects ranging from multifamily builds to complex industrial and data center developments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance throughout the lifecycle.
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Conduct regular project meetings with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide updates and resolve any issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control guidelines.
- Foster strong client relationships and provide outstanding customer service throughout the duration of each project.
- Mentor and manage junior project managers and staff, providing leadership and guidance.
