We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing mobile wound care company seeking compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioners (APRN) for a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in their homes.

About the Company :

Our client specializes in delivering advanced wound care in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, adult care homes, and private residences. Operating in 8 states, they are expanding rapidly and currently care for approximately 300 patients.

Position Details :

  • Role : Nurse Practitioner (APRN)
  • Commitment : Full-Time, 40 hours / week
  • Patient Load : Max census of 30-35 patients, approximately 7-9 per day

Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary : $185,000 / year
  • Benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k), and Tuition Reimbursement

    • Job Duties :

  • Assess and manage a variety of health conditions in adult and geriatric patients.
  • Collaborate on community health initiatives in partnership with local organizations.
  • Provide comprehensive treatment and health education tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Engage with multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient care.
