This hybrid role requires a proactive, strategic professional who ensures attorneys can focus on their practice by managing critical tasks, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as a strategic partner to attorneys, managing schedules, materials, and priorities.
Oversee and delegate administrative tasks while ensuring successful completion.
Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting logistics.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, including confidential materials.
Maintain client interactions and coordinate with internal departments.
Handle billing processes, monitor budgets, and liaise with relevant teams.
Organize practice group and client meetings, ensuring seamless execution.
Maintain compliance with firm policies on information governance.
Qualifications & Skills :
Experience : 5 years in executive legal support, preferably in a law firm. Corporate or transactional practice experience is required.
Education : High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; strong organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
