MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPEIRENCE IN ACCOUNTING
Connect Staffing is seeking a skilled Accountant Assistant for a company that produces fruit drinks and teas in the city of Buena Park, CA.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Requirements of a Accountant Assistant:
Minimum 1 year experience in accounting
Must pass background, drug screen, and E-verify
Must have strong communication skills
Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel
Prior experience in roles such as Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeping Assistant, Financial Data Entry Specialist, Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant, and Junior Accountant is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Accountant Assistant:
Pay all company bills as required
Complete daily production revenue analysis report
Process all pending invoices
Follow up with Vendors to make sure all invoices are delivered
Month end report
Additional duties may be assigned as needed
