Connect Staffing is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist for a promotion products manufacturing company in the city of Garden Grove, CA.
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday
Requirements of an Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Minimum 6 months of Account Receivable experience.
- Must have effective problem-solving skills
- Must have excellent and effective written, communication and customer service skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to professionally handle difficult situations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Self-motivated with effective independent research skills
- Prior experience in roles such as Accounts Receivable, Collections Specialist, Credit Analyst, Accounts Payable Specialist, and Accounting Assistant is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Accounts Receivable Specialist:
- Make collection calls to clients to address and resolve outstanding receivables
- Research, reconcile and resolve aging accounts in a timely manner
- Update and maintain accurate resale certificates for AR files
- Utilize effective credit references and data reports to facilitate collection efforts
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email to manage payments and resolve issues
