Connect Staffing is actively recruiting skilled candidates for Warehouse workers, Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Production Workers, (if relevant to the position), in the Lewisville area.
Schedule: 1st shift
Pay Range: $13.50
Requirements:
- Must have 6 months of recent work history within the last year.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 80 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have related experience in light industrial work.

Responsibilities may include:
- Load and unload shipments from delivery trucks, containers, and pallets.
Organize and store products in the correct warehouse locations.
- Assist with picking and packing orders for customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and help with stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist with other tasks as required by the supervisor.
