Job Title: General Foreman - New Commercial Construction Project

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced General Foreman to lead and manage a new commercial construction project. The ideal candidate is proficient in all trades and has a strong background in overseeing construction teams, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering quality results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction teams across various trades.
Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with OSHA 30 standards.
Manage schedules, delegate tasks, and ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to address concerns and provide progress updates.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures on-site.
Troubleshoot and resolve any on-site issues to keep the project on track.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Foreman in commercial construction projects.
Proficiency in all trades, with hands-on knowledge and experience.
OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
