RS Commercial Construction (RSCC) is a full-service General Contractor based in Dallas, with a concentration on Job Order Contracting (JOC) and commercial renovation and repair work for educational and municipal clients.

The Commercial Construction Project Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting both the internal project team, as well as our extended team of quality subcontractors. As a Project Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks at the request of the project managers and superintendent. You will represent RSCC courteously and professionally while maintaining excellent customer service to all clients, employees, vendors, and visitors. You should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial Construction Project Coordinator duties include:
· Help identify new subcontractors
· Attend pre-bid meetings
· Coordinate, review, and prepare Request for Proposal (RFP) responses
· Assist with client and subcontractor communications and reporting
· Coordinate and obtain completed contracts from subcontractors and other preconstruction documentation including subcontractor certificates of insurance, project bonds, W9s, sales tax certificates, and any other documents as needed.
· Review and process vendor invoices with project managers
· Create files and documentation for new projects.
· Responsible for all project close-out documentation, including warranty information, submittal information, as-built drawings, and preparation of all close-out packages for clients
· Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings as required
· Responsible for accurate invoice summaries and similar documents
· Schedule any job-related items such as equipment, deliveries, trucks, etc, and order materials and equipment, as needed
· Perform other duties as assigned.
A successful candidate must have these qualifications:
· Associate degree or related work experience.
· Minimum of 3 years of proven Project Coordinator experience and administrative support, preferably for a commercial general contractor in the Dallas, Texas area
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Products required.
· Experience with Foundation or other construction software is preferred.
· Experience with construction terminology, billing, forms, and processes.
