MINIMUM 6 MONTHS OF MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE.
Connect Staffing is seeking a General Laborer / Compounder/ Blender for a vinyl graphic design company in their Compounding Department in the city of Placentia, CA.
Schedule: 1st shift 4:00 AM- 12:00 PM Plus weekend availability.
Requirements of a General Laborer / Compounder Blender
- Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience
- Must pass background, drug screen, and E-verify
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Prior experience in roles such as General Labor, Production Worker, Manufacturing Technician, Assembly Line Worker, Forklift Operator, Material Handler, and Maintenance Technician is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Compounder/ Blender:
- Use manual and digital scales and common measuring devices to weigh materials such as pigments, plasticizers, stabilizers, polyvinylchloride, DIBK, and xylene.
- Ability to follow written Q.S.P’S and S.O.P’S that apply to the Job Requirement.
- Handling Hazardous Waste and following procedures
- Transport material into and out of the work area
- Clean pumps, tanks, and other equipment used in the Compounding Processes.
