Connect Staffing, Inc is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to fill an opening at cold storage facility in Rialto, Ca.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
Requirements of the Office Administrator:
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have prior experience (2-4 years experience in an office administration)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have knowledge of Windows and Outlook

Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:
- Scanning
- Assist with invoicing and matching packing list
- Assist with billing and occasional AP/AR
- Assists in the efficient running of the office by performing various clerical duties including processing of incoming mail, filing, answering phones and greeting and assisting visitors
- Replying to emails
- Assisting with driver check ins
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
