Plush Production Manager

MINIMUM 2 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A PRODUCTION MANAGER IN A 3PL COMPANY

Connect Staffing is seeking a experienced Production Manager to fill an opening at a large Third Party Logistics warehouse located in Jurupa Valley, Ca.

1st shift: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (OT very likely and will very)

Requirements for Production Manager:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in warehouse management in a supervisory capacity
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Steel Toe Boots
• Bilingual a plus

Responsibilities of the Production Manager :

• Organize and optimize the workflow and workload in the production room for multiple brands, ensuring accurate picking, embellishment, packing, double-checking, and shipping of orders
• Prioritize orders based on communication with account managers, adapting to changing demands and deadlines
• Oversee inventory levels and warehouse supplies, ensuring sufficient stock for uninterrupted production
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on inbound shipments, verifying materials and appearance of the finished goods meet our standards
• Perform meticulous quality control checks on outbound shipments, ensuring products and imprints are in good quality and packaged correctly
• Ensure proper maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with production room equipment (printer, heat press machines etc)
• Manage, train, and develop production staff to optimize performance
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
• Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment
• Act as a vital liaison between the production floor and account managers, providing clear and timely updates on production schedules and addressing any production issues
