Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Press Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal grinding, heat treatment, and forklift operation. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards. 

- Being bilingual is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic and mechanical presses to shape or cut metal components.

• Perform surface and cylindrical grinding to tight tolerances.

• Conduct and monitor heat treatment processes according to specifications.

• Safely operate forklifts to transport materials and finished parts throughout the facility.

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas.

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools.

• Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a press operator in a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in metal grinding and heat treatment processes.

• Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain).

• Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training a plus.
