Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to fill an opening at an electronics and circuit board manufacturing company in Anaheim, CA.
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Requirements of the Senior Program Manager:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in business management or equivalent education and work experience.
- Must pass a Background Check, Drug Screen, and E-Verify.
- Must have highly proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Must speak English or be Bilingual

Responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager:
- Outbound and inbound account management.
- Participate fully in new product introduction activities including Customer and APT Operations, Engineering, and Quality reviews.
- Maintaining and expanding the database of prospects of the organization.
- Handling cancellations or changes in sales orders and communicating the changes with the related departments.
- Identify decision-makers amongst the targeted leads in order to initiate sales process.
