MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF SHIPPING AND RECEIVING EXPERIENCE
Connect Staffing is looking for a dedicated Shipping Processor to join a leading distribution company in North Houston!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Occasional Weekends/OT)
Shipping Processor Requirements:
- Must have at least one year of shipping and receiving experience.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Ability to operate a Reach Truck, Forklift, and Cherry Picker.
- Proficient in Office 365
- Experience with SAP and/or Epicor ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours throughout shift.
- Prior experience as a forklift operator, shipping and receiver, and order selector is a plus!

Shipping Processor Responsibilities:
- Pack and ship products with minimal errors and supervision.
- Maintain quality control on orders being shipped.
- Safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment
- Prepare shipments for special carriers, FedEx, UPS, customer will call, and other LTL carriers as required
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Lift cases weighing between 20-60 lbs throughout the workday.
