REPORTS TO : Shipping Supervisor
FUNCTION : This person will be reporting to the Shipping Supervisor. Position will mainly entail, but not be limited to the following tasks :
- Monitor and perform, as needed, SAP Shipping and Invoicing functions for all outbound orders (Sm. Pkg).
- Monitor and perform, as needed, SAP Shipping and Invoicing functions for all International shipments
- Monitor and perform, as needed, SAP Shipping and Invoicing functions for all Freight shipments.
- Perform and ensure all assigned reports are accurate and on schedule.
- Periodically perform document audits for all orders you are assigned and tasked with.
- Maintain required documents and / or reports on inspection and quality.
- Assist with operations and supervisor for problem resolution
- Support to other operation sections as needed
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly working environment
