Connect Staffing is looking for a bilingual Truck Loader to join a leading mattress manufacturing company in Waco, TX!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 6:00pm (Occasional OT)
Truck Loader Requirements
- Must have at least 6 months of recent related experience
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to read and write
- Basic math skills
- Ability to use a tape measurer
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours
- Able to use/operate a dolly for loading
- Prior experience in roles such as a Dock Worker, Loader/Unloader, and Furniture Loader is a big plus!

Truck Loader Responsibilites
- Use a dolly to load trucks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain quality checks on loaded shipment per shipment guides.
- Double check quantity and dimensions to ensure shipments are loaded correctly.
- Stack material within the truck using a ladder time to time.
- Operate a tie machine to bind the product together.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform other housekeeping duties when needed.
